I went to 3 dealerships including yours I came to yours to check out a used jeep. Dylan professionally showed me the used jeep. I then asked to see a new jeep Dylan was amazing and new all the features of to check out a used jeep. Dylan professionally showed me the used jeep. I made a second trip to the dealership to pick up the jeep and do the paperwork. I told Dylan I do t want to be here for long when I arrive to pickup. He had everything ready to go and I don’t think I was there to sign the paperwork and review some features on the jeep for more than 30 minutes. Originally found car through TrueCar, the offer through TrueCar was cheaper but I was informed that Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey didn't work with them. Also wanted to pay in cash but w TrueCar was cheaper but I was informed that Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey didn't work with them. Also wanted to pay in cash but was informed it would cost me more and the deal/offer was only through Fiance. On the day of pickup everything went great Dylan and Jonathan were very helpful although there were issues with payments on my end they got me sorted. I did try follow up with Dylan about some issues but never got a response, also dealer has not been in touch since regarding the purchase (which I don't mind) but I would have thought they would do a follow up to check I was happy. Also got promised a duck but was never given one! Also asked to swap my email but this was never done so I now get information to the wrong email. More
