I have been trying to get a recall done there for years, they keep telling me they don’t have the part. They say they will try to get the part and call me when they get it. They never call. I give them one they keep telling me they don’t have the part. They say they will try to get the part and call me when they get it. They never call. I give them one star because I can’t give them less. There’s two recalls on my car that they refused to do. I’ve called jeep recall and they tell me the part is available so you’ll figure it out. Yes, I did purchase my car there. They could show a little customer loyalty. More
