I wanted to buy my car from this dealership but they didn't have the model I wanted. I purchased my vehicle at another dealership but decided to have its first service at Ferman. Even though I didn't purchas my vehicle from them, they gave me an appointment that was convenient and when I brought it in, fully explained what was included. Service was done in about an hour. I always liked this dealership and have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past. I've decided they will do all of my car service needs and hopefully I will be able to purchase future vehicles from them. More
