I had an issue that was direct from the factory. Although it was addressed by a dealership out-of-town while I was traveling, Ferman took my vehicle in and checked/addressed a couple of issues and g Although it was addressed by a dealership out-of-town while I was traveling, Ferman took my vehicle in and checked/addressed a couple of issues and got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Plus, I was given a detail and a tank of gas, just for my trouble! These issues had nothing to do with Ferman, but they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my new vehicle.
