It was an excellent buy for a 2016 Jeep and within his price range. We could not have made this decision without the help, patience and expertise that Mark showed us! He did not act like a sales man but more like a trusting friend or neighbor. All of what he said made sense and it was not full of hidden meanings or interpretations. He is a friendly and calm person so we did not feel rushed at all. My son felt proud and confident that he had made the right decision. He very much enjoys his Jeep Cherokee and I feel happy that he is in a safe car! My Father was a Marine and it meant a lot that Mark served his country for over 7 years in the Army. I have gone to Ferman in Lutz on SR 54 for 2 cars now because of the excellent experience, expertise and professionalism that we have always enjoyed.
