Best service department ever I have dealt with many dealers over the years and i have always left feeling like i was ripped off in some way. this is the first time i have ever had I have dealt with many dealers over the years and i have always left feeling like i was ripped off in some way. this is the first time i have ever had the "Pleasure" of dealing with a dealership service department that literally not only made me feel as if I got away with something but they made me feel as if they had already known me for years and this was my first time there. I don't know if it was my service tech William (Bill) or the rest of the staff that just took the time out of their busy day to make sure i knew where the free snacks were or just to say good morning that made me feel better about them but i know when i got my receipt was what won me over, no hidden charges or usual B.S. that drives up the cost it was actually a lot cheaper than i thought it would be. Thanks Bill I have found an honest service guy and service dept. i can deal with from now on. you got my business for life More

A great experience from the service department Brenda Argust was my service advisor and she went over and above to accommodate a request that I had while having my Jeep in for regular service. I n Brenda Argust was my service advisor and she went over and above to accommodate a request that I had while having my Jeep in for regular service. I noticed that while my Jeep is running I cannot turn off my headlights, so weird. I had tried every button as well as searching the owner's manual. I back my Jeep into my garage and wanted to turn off the headlights as they shine directly into my neighbor's window across the street. I know this isn't a big thing but something I wanted to do. Also, with the work I do, I am sometimes out at night sitting in my vehicle typing up a quote and wanted to turn off the lights in order not to draw attention to myself. Brenda herself tried to remedy this and also found that the headlights cannot be turned off while the car is running. She could have just blown me off regarding this request but she actually took the time to find out if it was possible to turn off the headlights with the car running. She even checked with the service tech as well as checking the manual. She provided EXCELLENT service in my opinion. Apparently, it's a safety feature of this vehicle. More
