We have found Brian to be highly professional and responsive to customer concerns. He easily translates technical mechanical details into easy to understand and accurate statements. Brian manages costs fairly and transparently and as cost conscious customers we truly appreciate that. He knows that customers do not look forward to car repairs but Brian makes it as pleasant and professional as possible and his sense of humor is genuine. After the AC condenser was replaced in one day (on time and on budget) we received a CLEAN car with ice cold air. We have serviced a number of vehicles we own over the past 15 years at Ferman Acura and found the service in Wesley Chapel to be true to the high standards of the Ferman Family name. Excellent sales staff..Mike and Kathy Since moving to Florida, I have found it difficult to find a dealer that is helpful and transparent. I contacted their internet sales person Kathy Mey Since moving to Florida, I have found it difficult to find a dealer that is helpful and transparent. I contacted their internet sales person Kathy Meyers to inquire about a Dodge Challenger I saw on line. Her response was immediate and pleasant. I decided to make the hours drive to see and meet Kathy and her sales manager Mike Patrikis. I was not able to bring my trade that day, but Kathy did show me the car, gave me a price and offered a test drive. I declined the test drive not being sure I positively wanted that particular car. I went back with my trade, was given a fair value and agreed to a deal. Unfortunately, we had two deaths in the family and I had to leave the state for a period of time. Kathy told me not to worry, the car was mine and I was asked to a credit card deposit to hold the car. That was very fair. These people are unlike most in the car business. Understanding, kind and have credibility. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Kathy and Mike. More

The problem was corrected under warranty and I was on my way again after e few days in the shop. Kevin the service representative kept me abreast of the situation and was very helpful throughout the repair.
