My wife and I both lost our vehicles in Hurricane Milton after already being flooded by Hurricane Helene. Through it all, we remained positive. When I tell you that our boys Tyler Gann & Hurley got us right, THEY DID JUST THAT! My wife drove off in her new 2024 Kia Seltos (it’s so cute and cool) and I was lucky enough to get a 2023 Dodge Charger. Losing our things was very hard but these guys at Ferman over in Wesley Chapel made our car buying experience one we will never forget. We made new friends and we had a good time with nothing but good fun and laughter. We all laughed until our cheeks hurt. But in the end, we were blessed to get back on the road with vehicles we love. They accurately identified issues needing immediate repair. When after the repairs there were still issues, we brought the car in for check of the battery connections. It turned out after replacement repair. When after the repairs there were still issues, we brought the car in for check of the battery connections. It turned out after replacement of the batteries that we did under warranty outside the dealership, a reset of the computer modules was needed. They did not charge us for this second visit to reset the modules. This was much appreciated after doing some costly repairs just a couple days prior. More
