Truly the BEST car shopping/buying experience that I have ever had. Mo made the process SO easy. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me options, we conducted a test drive and then Mo got me som ever had. Mo made the process SO easy. This is where the BIG difference came into play - Mo ensured that every rebate I was eligible for was included and went ABOVE and BEYOND to look for an incentive that I qualified for from my employer (which I didn't even know about). I didn't have to haggle or negotiate - the pricing at Ferman was already below MSRP - the pricing with the rebates and incentives brought the price down even further. Even with sales tax - my purchase price was still under MSRP. I really wanted to give the purchase some thought - and there was absolutely NO pressure from Mo or anyone else. Mo provided me with the pricing sheets with OTD pricing to take home, said to call with any questions and bid me a great day. The next day I decided to move forward with the purchase. Went back to see Mo and everything moved SO smoothly. No last minute price changes, no sales pitch for up-charges. Financing was also a smooth process! I was happily driving away in my new Equinox in no time and sharing what a wonderful experience it was to buy! More

My experience with this dealership is broken down into a set of bookends. Jerome Lennon (Salesman) and Ron Whiting (F&I) were both outstanding and are rated 5’s based on their professionalism and ability t set of bookends. I have not listed the name of the sales manager but the individual is deserving of a 1 star at best. During my short time with the sales manager they refused to budge a single cent on the price of the vehicle. The fact that they refused to budge is not the reason for my rating, it is what was said and the tone/manner in which it was said. When I heard the response to my offer my initial take was to immediately walk out and leave. But I did not feel that it would be right to have Jerome lose a sale because of the sales managers attitude. So, I accepted the price. However, even though the sales manager was able to maintain his profit percentage/margin by saving 430+ dollars on the sales price. The sales manager has now cost this dealership thousands of dollars in post sale revenue. I always purchase the platinum extended warranty and service my vehicles at the dealership, this will not be the case with this dealer. I have purchased the extended warranty with another dealer and will have my servicing performed elsewhere. More
