Very disappointed in Eric Dugas and finance dept sales of warranties. I canceled all 3 after finding 2 warranties included with no discussion on price or what it covered. Eric uses fraudulent tactics to sell warranties. I canceled all 3 after finding 2 warranties included with no discussion on price or what it covered. Eric uses fraudulent tactics to sell products that are not properly laid up front. I canceled only assume this is the Ferman way of doing business. Under the passing comment I can extend your warranty on everything for $4.00 per Month to 9 years!! No disclosing each cost or coverages you used my I pad signature to sell me 3 extension warranties at full price almost $5,000. Will never recommend Feeman Chevy. Fortunately I was treated well by Brian Sales man, But everything after that was hugely disappointing. Ps I may have purchased and extended warranty or two if presented honestly. More

As it played out, he became the deciding factor in what dealership we chose to purchase from. Everyone needs a Mo.
