I have been looking for a Chevy Bolt EUV for the past few weeks, in the process I have visited and spoken with several local dealers. In general not many had a decent knowledge of EV's and the stock of the t weeks, in the process I have visited and spoken with several local dealers. In general not many had a decent knowledge of EV's and the stock of the trim level I was looking for was non-existant. I heard good things about Ferman Chevrolet via some forums and called them up to check on the status of a Bolt EUV they had listed online, which had been sold. Despite the car being sold, Rebecca (Becca) was very helpful and knowledgeable, both about the car, but also about the purchasing process. We were able to look at what future stock the dealership had on order, then when all the cars on order did not fit my desired build, she explained the allotment/ordering procedure and helped me to order a car through Ferman Chevrolet. She was even able to discuss questions regarding my eligibility with the Chevrolet Educator Discount and helped me get that set up. I highly recommend working with her and Ferman Chevrolet for a seamless process. More

They are friendly, easy to deal with, and seem to care about my needs. I haven’t had the car long enough to tell whether or not it is mechanically sound. However, the guys that were supposed to have inspected and cleaned the car didn’t do such a great job. The headrest had some kind of weird dirty head stain, there was a rivet missing in the trunk compartment, and it has a cracked windshield. The dealership is replacing that free of charge. Mo set that up right away. The seat belts and buckles are really filthy and the sides of the seats…it seems like they were I such a hurry they missed. $20,000.00 might not mean a lot to them, but it does to me. It’s also missing a fuse cover which I didn’t notice when I was looking at the car. Wish I had seen that, but I’m going to ask them if they’d order that for me. All in all, the pre-owned sales staff were awesome. This is my 2nd purchase from Ferman Chevrolet. More
