Ferman Chevrolet went above & beyond. I had spent 2 hours at another dealer for them to say they couldn't complete the paperwork until the next day but Ferman was able to complete everyth I had spent 2 hours at another dealer for them to say they couldn't complete the paperwork until the next day but Ferman was able to complete everything within a few hours plus my salesman stayed after closing hours without making me feel rushed out the door!!!
