I had such an amazing experience at Ferman Chevy! Rebecca Wilson was an amazing salesperson who was very patient and attentive to all of my questions and needs. She made me feel so special! I was able to do everything over the phone and just come to the dealership to pick up my beautiful 22 traverse. Becca had a huge and beautiful red bow, a VIP sign on my new car and she even named it Pearl ! I will never forget how I felt that day! Christine who prepared all the finance papers took care of me she was very informative, and was able to get me my first comercial loan.The whole experience was incredible and I will continue to go to back every time I need a car.
