I tried to get thru to service for nearly 2 days to get my car in. My husband finally got ahold of someone to get it in at the end of day 2. Day 3 they worked on it and never called and said it was ready. my car in. My husband finally got ahold of someone to get it in at the end of day 2. Day 3 they worked on it and never called and said it was ready. A side note, the chairs in the BMW lounge are disgusting. They peel off and leave marks on your clothing. I'm shocked BMW doesn't come in and insist that they be replaced. More

Upon arrival I was approached by the attendant outside and asked if I had an appointment. He then took me inside and advised me of the service advisor that would be handling my vehicle. Waited a few minut and asked if I had an appointment. He then took me inside and advised me of the service advisor that would be handling my vehicle. Waited a few minutes before I was called and details were provided as to what to expect . I was also advised that prior to any work being done I would be given an estimate and at that point, we wouldn't move forward to next steps. This is something that I truly appreciated More
