Roy Landis took such great care of me! He was willing to give me a ballpark figure of where my estimate would land so that I could know whether to include my insurance company in a claim o He was willing to give me a ballpark figure of where my estimate would land so that I could know whether to include my insurance company in a claim or not. The actual repair came in on the low end of what he told me it would be. He worked with me on the best time to get my car in for repair, and the work was completed on the same day, just as he said it would be! He arranged for a Lyft to take me home and one to bring me back to Ferman BMW when my car was ready! I would 100% want to work with Roy again. He was the greatest and I appreciate him so much! Roy also recognized That an error was displaying on my console and hooked me up with a “genius” to help me get it fixed! I wish I could remember the genius‘s name, because he was wonderful too!
