Had an oil change and diagnostic inspection done for a used 2015 750 Li purchased elsewhere and was advised it needed a valve cover gasket and possibly tires. 3-4 days later, the motor is locked. The car was covered by BMW's paint warranty, But the dealer Ferman either did not do it (they only adjusted the parts so that the issue was not noticeable) or they repainted it so badly that the same is dealer Ferman either did not do it (they only adjusted the parts so that the issue was not noticeable) or they repainted it so badly that the same issue is there again. The sales staff is great (Sara and Mary Jo) but the finance manager and service staff is not. I feel there is dishonesty when getting the car serviced in that they always seem to find other issues and finance manager and service staff is not. Granted we did not pay close enough attention when signing the financial docs but he clearly took advantage of that. More
