I have purchased two BMWs from Furman and received great service and very good price. I have both my 740 and X5 serviced at the dealership and have only excellent results. Was very happy with my first routine service experience at Ferman BMW. I was provided a clean loaner, the service area itself was very clean and well stocked with coffee and refreshments as well as a wide at Ferman BMW. Too expensive. The labor to install the plastic intake charge plate was outrageous. Next time I will buy original equipment parts on line. Unfortunately I researched after the work done.
