I took a '06 BMW Z4 in for a diagnostic fee of $99. The AC was not working and the convertible top only worked when it was indoors or in a cooler environment. They said it needed a new Heater Blower Motor AC was not working and the convertible top only worked when it was indoors or in a cooler environment. They said it needed a new Heater Blower Motor at a cost of $985. They said the convertible top. Motor and lines were faulty at cost of $5516. I took the car to a local European repair shop and his diagnostic showed the car was in Transportation Mode and the AC would not work, it was reset at no cost. The convertible top needed a new control unit cost with labor $285. I am livid with your diagnostic! More

I recently bought a set of brand new tires and was told on two separate occasions that the tires came with warranty. Three weeks later, my tire alert came on and I discovered a nail in the tire. I schedul on two separate occasions that the tires came with warranty. Three weeks later, my tire alert came on and I discovered a nail in the tire. I scheduled an appointment to get the tire replaced under the assumption that I had a warranty. When I purchased tires I was told by Jaime the tires had warranty and when I schedule an appointment over the phone I was told again the same thing. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that my tires actually didn’t come with a warranty. Granted I did receive a voice mail, the afternoon prior to my visit. The Call must’ve came when phone was powered off because I did NOT receive a phone call or a missed call. Mind you I do not feel me not checking my voicemail within 12-24 hours warrants a complete pass of the misunderstanding. Every single time I have called to speak w service department, I NEVER get thru to anyone other than the receptionist. LITERALLY. I actually called to speak with Jamie last Thursday and STILL have not heard back. I think getting in touch with someone over there is probably a more difficult task than getting in touch with the POTUS. I purchased my tires under the assumption it came with a warranty. Mistakes are made, I get that, but the lack of remorse and owning up to a mistake is what bothers me the most. Jamie just sat there and DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY. She Just gave me a quote for two new tires. I tried calling Brian Pelletier, but of course no answer. No shocker there.... I almost wanted to call bob murray. I handled the issue myself. This isn’t a complete reflection of my experience with service. Jaime has always done a great job working with me, and that is why my most recent visit comes to me as such a surprise. I never found the fact nobody answers a phone call, other than the receptionist, to be a problem until now. Never answering a call is just further frustration to my recent experience. I even had to ask Jaime if they can pump up my flat tire before I left. You would think they WOULD AT LEAST offer that since I drove 45 min to ferman BMW under the impression I was getting new tire. More

I had to return twice to fix a defective trunk part covered by a factory warranty. The diagnosis visit went fairly quickly and another visit was scheduled pending receipt of a part. It was implied that covered by a factory warranty. The diagnosis visit went fairly quickly and another visit was scheduled pending receipt of a part. It was implied that returning early in the AM would speed the repair. It ended up requiring four hours. The reception area was Covid proofed but TVs were inoperable. No loaner was offered.. No one provided updates on the repair. The loaner was better Covid protection. More
