Ferman Mini nailed it, while I got the run around at Ferman BMW. Mini save BMW's Bacon, go figure! All in all the BMW team was difficult to work with when trying to schedule my GR Supra with them. I got the run around, call this number schedule it with the Ferman Group. I did, and was then informed that I had been scheduled for service at Ferman Chevrolet. LOL! I only have so much time to waste. In fact, I have not time to waist. It was rescheduled at Mini. And Courtney Devine took care of everything. As she did the first day I went there. Bravo, Courtney.
