For both sales and service Ferman BMW, is on par with other dealerships’ I have used. They are professional in performing maintenance. So all in all the only reason I went back to this dealership and purchased the car was because of Alex Wolf. He was extremely helpful and kind the first time I was in there and did not pressure me at dealership and purchased the car was because of Alex Wolf. I had a not so great experience the second time I went in there and went back to actually purchase a car and dealt with two other sales people because Alex wasn't there and they completely blew me off because they didn't bother to check long enough with me to see that I had more money this time to make a deal with the car that I wanted. When I went back and dealt with Alex everything went smoothly and he was the only reason that I wound up making the deal with this car dealership. More

My wife took our X3 in for service and it came back with two dents in the door. The service man was supposed to make arrangements to have them repaired and call her after two weeks had not. She had left a m two dents in the door. The service man was supposed to make arrangements to have them repaired and call her after two weeks had not. She had left a message or two with no response. I called the salesman that we used for both of our cars and he quickly had the service man call me.We made arrangements for me to take it in Monday morning and he told me it would take two or three days. He was going to update me the end of the day and gave me an X1 loaner. When I receive no update the end of the day I called and was told that the painless dent removal guy could not remove the dents and it would have to go to the body shop. When my wife was there her and Caesar had already spoken to the painless dent removal guy and he told them it could not be done so they knew it was supposed to go to the body shop and should have first thing Monday morning. I asked for the manager to call me because Cesar was absolutely no help and I was done trying to work with him. The manager told me it would go to the body shop in the morning and would probably take at least two weeks. Then the X1, after one day, started glitching so he was nice enough to send me a 300 series to drive while I had to wait. It took about two weeks to the day for my car to be done, and I asked that they please look it over well because it's a long drive that I didn't want to make unless I knew it was right. I was told the body shop or professionals and it would be perfect. When we picked it up, we looked over it briefly and did not notice anything so we took it home. The next day, my wife opened the door and in the sunlight could see the big drip on the front edge of the door. I called to report this and was told I would have to take the car back to the body shop and they could cut the drip off with a razor blade buffet and polish xxxx, and it would be perfect. Later that day, we also noticed another big wide drip under the door seem right in the middle of the door. At this point, I was very upset because the body shop should be professional enough, especially the painting people, to look over everything they do closely and see flaws like this. So now I have to drive long distance to the body shop and sit for how long while they cut paint out with a razor blade and buff it real well and hope that does the trick. I am just incredibly unhappy with this service. More
