Service managers are great. The help they receive from their staff is only what they have been given a list to do. There is no extra mile provided for customers. I Ordered a replacement key for my BMW during a service visit. The expectation was a few days to get a key- it’s been almost 2 weeks still haven’t gotten my key. I took my vehicle in for service - no one m visit. The expectation was a few days to get a key- it’s been almost 2 weeks still haven’t gotten my key. I took my vehicle in for service - no one mentioned I needed tires- didn’t find out about my tire trend needed until I went somewhere else for air in my tires. Not sure if I trust this location for car care. More
