Andrew Summerhill is a great Service Representative and I highly recommend him and the service he provides. All service reps work to help one another in times of high volume of customers and provide a positive result even in difficult times. Maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to please the customer and ensure I am well taken care of. I’ve never been upsold or felt coerced to purchase anything. Overall I keep coming back to this location because of the excellent maintenance and service reps. I didn’t buy my car here but will continue to bring it here for the length of ownership. I also live in an adjoining county, so that should speak volumes. Please keep up the good work and Andrew gainfully employed at your location. He’s the best. I wish I knew the guys name this sits to Andrew’s right hand side (Brian?) He covered for Andrew once for me and he was top notch as well.
