I went in for an oil change and they shorted the engine 2 quarts of oil. When I pulled out on the interstate, I got a warning notice on the display screen to add 1 quart of oil ASAP. How is that possible, Fr quarts of oil. When I pulled out on the interstate, I got a warning notice on the display screen to add 1 quart of oil ASAP. How is that possible, Freeman just changed my oil. But, I added a quart after I found a car parts store. I pulled back ot on the interstate and 10 minutes later the same message appeared on the screen. After spending an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. I bought another quart of oil. That cured the problem, but certainly ruined my vacation trip. I don't know if they were trying to screw me out of 2 quarts of oil or they just have bad service techs. Either way, I really got screwed. A year ago, they shorted my other BMW one quart of oil on an oil change. Is the company that financially in troubled? xxxx of a way to lose a great customer. I am going to Freeman in person and raise xxxx with Sal, my service advisor. Everyone in the show room will hear me and be aware of the terrible service. More

The Service Department in particular a man by the name of Nick Hawk was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional! I will Never go to Ferman service center again because of Nick Hawk. He disrespected me multiple times to the point that I reported him to BMW North America Corporate. In the past, I always used Ferman BMW for all my service needs until my horrifically negative experiences with Nick. He is a horrific representative not only to Ferman, but to all of BMW!!! More
