I will never purchase another BMW ever! I called Ferman to make an appointment for service. My convertible top is not working, a headlight is out and the windshield wiper fluid line is leak I called Ferman to make an appointment for service. My convertible top is not working, a headlight is out and the windshield wiper fluid line is leaking. I was told that my 2007 Z4 is too old to be serviced there anymore. I would never buy another car from a company that does NOT stand behind their product or care about their customer! All Ferman cares about is money. If there were a 0, I would have given them a big fat 0. Thanks for nothing! More
Had an oil change and diagnostic inspection done for a used 2015 750 Li purchased elsewhere and was advised it needed a valve cover gasket and possibly tires. 3-4 days later, the motor is locked. Had the car for a total of 1 week now I'm stuck with an $11k repair bill for a vehicle BMW themselves cleared. I'm not happy to say the least. More

The sales staff is great (Sara and Mary Jo) but the finance manager and service staff is not. I feel there is dishonesty when getting the car serviced in that they always seem to find other issues and finance manager and service staff is not. I feel there is dishonesty when getting the car serviced in that they always seem to find other issues and upsell unneeded repairs. The finance mgr did not give us two $500 rebates. Granted we did not pay close enough attention when signing the financial docs but he clearly took advantage of that. More

The car was covered by BMW's paint warranty, But the dealer Ferman either did not do it (they only adjusted the parts so that the issue was not noticeable) or they repainted it so badly that the same is dealer Ferman either did not do it (they only adjusted the parts so that the issue was not noticeable) or they repainted it so badly that the same issue is there again.
