Dealer claimed rear tires needed replacement (car has 4600 miles on it; it's 2 years old). Dealer also claimed I needed an alignment. I purchased a 2023 BMW M4 from this dealership over the phone,thru text,email. I signed all of the paperwork thru a service “Maverick” and my car was put on a truck to me. Car was received in acceptable condition but after driving a very short distance the brakes starting squealing terribly.So I called the salesperson and texted the business manager to make them aware of the brakes and sent David several videos of the terrible brake sound. He said he would discuss it with his manager “Angel” and get back to me.So I didnt hear back from anyone until the next day when David called me and said the technicians had checked the car and heard no noises! Impossible. He said I would have to take it to BMW as the car was under warranty? Brakes are wear and tear items and ar not covered under any warranty. So they kicked me to the curb once the car was delivered!! Jeff never returned any correspondence and David left it at that. Horrible Dealership, beware!! Philip Muzi More
