Dan McCloy was outstanding in explaining all of my options, and never pressured me to make a decision. There was never a back and forth over the price of my trade, and I received a very fair amount for my vehicle (based on Kelly Blue Book values). There is a reason I drive from the Wesley Chapel area to this dealer, and their impeccable service can't be found at any of the other BMW dealers in the region. More

I dealt with Steve Venden mostly, who was exceptional; he truly takes pride in making his clients happy. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of and I got exactly what I wanted: an awesome car for a good price. In fact, my car arrived late from the VPC at 330pm (not their fault!) and Steve wanted to make sure that car was ready by our previously scheduled appt time of 5pm. And it was! Also bigprops the finance dept Bobby and Erin. Erin helped me out big time finding a great rate on an auto loan and she responded to my numerous annoying emails in a timely manner. I liked this place so much I convinced my mother to come down here from Greenville South Carolina (where there is a freakin BMW plant) to come and work with Steve directly. That is how much I trust them. Looking forward to buying from them again, but for now... vroom vroom. More
