Requested a refund of my deposit which was put on a credit card. Was told it could remain and get points from the card company. My car was not functioning correctly when I left the dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the fac dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the facts even after a test drive with your senior service rep experienced the same issue within a quarter of a mile (when we brought it back). no one was listening to us or each other - poor communication.
