Pull up to parts department and immediately have trouble with the man at the podium finding that I even Scheduled appointment to have my car serviced. He had me stay outside and never directed me to the person I spoke with on the phone for the appointment. After he saw me get my 4 year old daughter out of the car he stated that I would have to reschedule due to not having any loaner cars for me to use (even though I had one scheduled and reserved according Jamie the person I talked to on the phone). Ok fine, so I call my mom and she says she can pick me and my daughter up. I inform the man at the door of this, he goes back inside and comes back out saying that the job will not be done for 5 days (mind you the job is an oil change and changing an interior door handle which should take 2 hours max) at this point I leave the dealership out of frustration. More
