I love the service I get at Ferman bmw I brought my car in for service and the wait time was expected and my car was finished on time, washed and vacuumed. Also, I was given a thank you card which was really refreshing to see. I had an issue pairing a new phone and had some questions I needed answered about my navigation and playing music via Bluetooth. I was introduced to the on site genius(kenny russell) who answered all my questions as well as taught me some new tricks about my car that I didn't know was even possible. I am very grateful that I was able to meet him and he was very patient with showing me everything step by step like a great teacher should. I love this dealership. More

One of the reasons we considered purchasing the BMW is that the Ferman (repair) service is well organized and friendly (if a bit expensive). More
