My wife and I found the whole process to be low-pressure, informative, and enjoyable. Our Client Advisor, Robert Chodorowski, made us feel at home, welcome, and at ease with the whole process. His knowledge of BMW products is impressive. Kenny Russell, our "BMW Genius," did a wonderful job explaining all the features of our new vehicles. We can heartily recommend Ferman BMW, and Robert and Kenny. More

I told the sales person Brian Gains that I would prefer to go home and figure this car out on my own. I'm usually pretty tech savvy. Not this time- I needed help. The help I needed was a great excuse to drive my car back to the dealership the following day. Ken Russel assisted in answering all of my questions about the many electronic features . He was very knowledgable and patient. I am confident that Brian would have taken care of me during delivery because he was very kind and nice to deal with during the purchase. My advice is let the salesman help you when offered. If not- you will find yourself back at the dealer. If you are fortunate enough to have Kenny's assistance you will still be okay! More

He was extremely helpful - reviewing how to use the available electronic features in the car and answering all my questions. I learned about so many features that were extremely useful. Kenny also helped me set up some of my preferences and showed me how to do it myself. He also cleaned the car before I left. More
Great deal and a John Grima went way above and beyond I have purchased/leased two prior BMW's through this dealership. But my recent experience in buying my X3 was by far the best. My saleman's name is I have purchased/leased two prior BMW's through this dealership. But my recent experience in buying my X3 was by far the best. My saleman's name is John Grima. My current 535i lease was getting ready to end in March 2016. So based on a letter I had received from the business manager of the dealership describing pull ahead programs, I decided to set up an appointment to have the pre-inspection done on my turn-in car and discuss the possibility of leasing another BMW. I have to admit, I really was only going to pull the trigger if I got a screaming deal. I had another car that I was leasing that was going to be going back in December 2016 and I figured I would just wait and lease another BMW then. But from the very beginning of this transaction, John treated me with utmost respect, and I was forthright about only doing a deal if I can find "a reason" to do it. Saying this would turn most salesmen off thinking I was just kicking tires. But John offered to help me test drive an X1 and an X3 and I actually had fun on the test drives chatting with John and getting a feel for the vehicles. That is rare as I usually find car salesman stiff and cold, but John was straight up and down to earth. Now trust me, this was no easy transaction. But with the help of Shane, the General Sales Manager, they met all my hopes/expectations of what I felt was a very good deal on an X3. Only issue is that I had a potential trade in that they would need to see to put a value on, so we were not able to close a deal that day. As the test drives were going on and I was getting numbers on an X3, the leasing manager comes back and tells me my lease turn in will need 2 tires to pass the inspection. I sort of saw that coming. So I left the dealership promising I would be back in a few days with my trade in. A couple of days later I went to a tire shop to buy 2 used tires that would pass inspection installed on the vehicle. That turned out to be a huge nightmare. More on that later. A few days later, I bring my potential trade in back to the dealership, and they offer me a fair value for it. But because of issues with the leasing company on that vehicle wanting $4,000 more than the payoff on the lease if I traded it to a non GM dealership, I decide to keep the trade in for my daughter instead. Now I have already taken a ton of my salesman, John's time both on the first day and the next visit. But he did not complain at all. The issues with the tire shop and the trade in would normally have made me give up thinking it was not meant to be. But because John met every problem we encountered with a can-do attitude and was a pleasure to work with I went ahead and placed the order for an X3. Fast forward a couple of weeks, my new car comes in and I make an appointment to do my final lease turn in and take delivery of the new car. So I go into the dealership, and the first thing they do is inspect my lease turn in. Turns out the rotten tire shop I had visited (that had already damaged one of my wheels and claimed they did not and would not own up to it), also put used tires on my car that were worse than the tires that were originally on it. I had no idea they were bad because I did not have the tire depth gauge. So the tires I bought won't pass inspection. So I am livid at this point thinking I will have to either pay for brand new tires to turn the car in , which would probably kill the deal on the new car (would cost me $800+ and the feeling that it was not meant to be was creeping back in). Or I would have to deal with the knuckleheads at the tire shop again. And I almost could not bear that thought. But once again, John took charge and called the tire shop for me. He explained the situation and the tire shop agreed to replace the tires. He knew what a bad experience I had there when I had the 2 tires put on, So John offers to drive my lease trade in down to the tire shop and wait for them to replace the tires. He got me ready to go sign the papers on the new car and he went and took care of everything. I still cannot believe he did that. Who does things like that??? He was gone for about 90 minutes and ended up staying 2 hours past the end of his shift. I know the story is a long one. And I probably did not tell it well. But there were so many things along the way in this deal that could have, maybe should have killed it, but I cannot express how impressed I was with John Grima and how he went above and beyond in so many ways. He will keep me buying BMW's and buying them at Ferman as long as he is there. I also have to give kudos to Shane, the GSM. He was very careful to ensure that my experience in the finance guy's office went off without a hitch and that there were no surprises. And of course he had to sign off on my deal in the first place! I feel like I got a really good deal on my X3 and and maybe even made a friend. John is my go-to guy for BMW's now. And I will tell anyone looking for a BMW to go see John and tell him I sent them... He even answered questions about bluetooth and smartphones. Kenny Russell is truly an asset to the company. ~ Theo Tillson More
