I fell in love with it the minute I sat in the car. It showed me she actually listened to what the buyer wanted. Mary explained all the safety options and all the bells and whistles. She was very honest with us and this made us feel very comfortable working a deal with her. She never let us sit very long alone, without checking on us. We were her priority for that time. I am telling everyone about her and how she handled my husband and I. After several hours we drove off the lot with a brand new 2011 X3.
