Came in with my husband with the sole intention of just test driving their SUV vehicles. I zeroed in on the X3 and had a test drive with absolutely No Pressure. Brian was professional, knowledgeable on BMW's product line and was so easy going. After the test drive I knew the X3 was for me and I was looking for a vehicle that was up on its lease with very low mileage. Shared with Brian my 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and learned as we were half way home that a vehicle fitting my choices had been turned in and was not even in the computer system yet. We put a hold on the vehicle and returned the following weekend after it was certified prepared. I took another test drive, confirmed this vehicle was right for me and we purchased it that morning. Would highly recommend Brian Gains if you are in the market for a BMW. This is our 3rd BMW purchase from this car dealership. More
