He was courteous and thorough throughout the whole process. We will definitely recommend him to any of our friends that may be in the market for a BMW. From the time I said I wanted an x1, Alex W.worked so hard to find one with my specifications. He tracked the vehicle from the time it was on the waters to be shipped to the US. When that deal didn't work out he found another that had all the features and more that would make me satisfied with my purchase. I was later introduced to Alex S. He was spectacular, he really knew BMW's and was able to answer all your questions. He even went above and beyond the call of duty when I had difficulties configuring my garage opener he came out to my house. I am quite impressed with the quality service I received at Ferman's. They have great people who delivers awesome service! More
