Dissatisfied I am extremely unsatisfied with the visit. and feel you all tried to set me up to fix something that is not broken. You told me that my oil pump gaske I am extremely unsatisfied with the visit. and feel you all tried to set me up to fix something that is not broken. You told me that my oil pump gasket is bad and it would cost $600.00 to fix. After going back through my receipt I saw that this gasket was fixed on March 18th, 2018, I went to the garage that fixed it to complain about the trouble and we put my car on the lift and there is no leaking from the oil pumps gasket at all. I will never return to Ferman ..nor will I ever recommend your services to anyone. To me this conduct borderlines on fraught!! More
