Our situation was unusual in that I was seeking a very specific set of options and found, negotiated and coordinated purchase of the vehicle from 1,200 miles away on behalf of my Mother. The transaction was absolutely seamless - both Jamie and Kenny Russell went above and beyond in actually driving 2 hours and personally delivering the vehicle to my Mom's door and explaining all features and functionality. Parts department run around Scheduled appointment to have my car serviced. Pull up to parts department and immediately have trouble with the man at the podium finding that I even Scheduled appointment to have my car serviced. He had me stay outside and never directed me to the person I spoke with on the phone for the appointment. After he saw me get my 4 year old daughter out of the car he stated that I would have to reschedule due to not having any loaner cars for me to use (even though I had one scheduled and reserved according Jamie the person I talked to on the phone). Ok fine, so I call my mom and she says she can pick me and my daughter up. I inform the man at the door of this, he goes back inside and comes back out saying that the job will not be done for 5 days (mind you the job is an oil change and changing an interior door handle which should take 2 hours max) at this point I leave the dealership out of frustration. More
