When I asked how to operate everything we were told "IT WORKS LIKE ANY OTHER CAR". There were featured that were not in our existing Mini (2002 model) and since their was no manual in the car we have no idea what the switches or other items did. When asked the answer from the transportation department certainly should not what we hear and an actual informative answer should be given. More

Problem not fixed Customer service was veey good and they provided me with a temporary vehicle. However I brought my car in with an intermittent drivetrain malfunction light. They said it was fixed with a software update (which I found a little strange) but the problem came back within a week. I will bring my car again for a second look. Really hoping they get it right this time since they seem to have better customer service than other dealers in the area. More
