She is the reason I travel past other dealers and further than required for BMW service. Kudo's to Terry in parts for his assistance in obtaining replacement tires. Complimentary vehicle wash has notably improved. On sour note run flat tires which BMW uses primarily can be costly i.e. slow leak in one tire @ 16000 miles, not repairable, results in purchasing minimum of two new tires. After four BMW's consideration must be given when time to purchase next vehicle. More

Alex‘S enthusiasm and passion for BMW is what makes him a great sales person. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the technical nature of these cars. Answered all of my questions, was not pushy, was very patient and again his knowledge of these cars made this a very enjoyable experience. At Ferman BMW, you will find all three of those right when you walk through the door. When I came to Ferman, I inquired about a 320i I had seen online. My client advisor, Alex Senko, told me all about the car and, after hearing about what I was looking for, recommended I check out another 3 series I might like more. I ended up walking away with a CPO 320i in prestige condition that was much nicer than the one I originally inquired about. And for roughly the same price! It would have been just as easy for Alex to peddle me a more expensive model or sell me the car I came to see but instead he helped me get the best DEAL. The dealship gave me a very fair price for my trade in and made the transition seamless and much shorter than I expected. I am loving my new BMW and would happily recommend anyone of my friends and family to go to Ferman BMW for their next car. 10/10! More
Everything very nice but problem still not fixed. For at least a year I have a rattle on the passenger side.
