My perfect car showed up on line and from the minute I sent an message to them, Regina and Scott both contacted me. The next day, I test drove and bought my dream car... a convertible VW Beetle. There were no surprises, just happy, sincere faces.. Scott was amazing,.. took time to answer all my questions and helped me with turning in my leased car. He was so kind and authentic through the whole process. My financial guy, Tomas, was also amazing. He simplified simplified the whole paperwork process while I enjoyed coffee and a bagel in the awesome lounge... Then I met Phil... the manager... so kind and REAL!!! I'm telling you all.. this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would buy another car from this group in a heartbeat! More

The BMW genius!!! I recently purchased a BMW and after driving it a few weeks had a few questions. I called and spoke to Alex the genius and he welcomed me to come in the same day. He sat with me patiently for almost one hour and explained throughly and taught me so many things about my new car. He was very professional and helpful and truly a genius in his field. Thanks to Alex I am even more excited about my new car and more comfortable with features I didn't even know it had. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any questions about their BMW! Thanks again for a great experience:)) More

When I reached out to them, Brandi Flack, the internet sales coordinator Ferman presented the car very comprehensively and effectively on Autotrader. When I reached out to them, Brandi Flack, the internet sales coordinator, quickly and efficiently answered my questions and arranged for a VIP appointment with Amanda Oetker, my client advisor. Amanda had the car prepared for my inspection and drive. The pristine condition of this pre-owned certified vehicle was remarkable. The process to evaluate my trade and arrange financing went flawlessly, Amanda guiding me through with little wasted effort or time. The cherry on top of this experience was when the genius, Toby Pacuch, showed up. He taught me everything I needed to know about my new car efficiently and with enthusiasm. Very classy! Best of all, my visit to the dealership lasted a total of 3 hours, a new personal best time for buying a car and, oh yeah, I now own a BMW! More
