Joe is the best. He always is friendly and really tries to make you comfortable. He goes the extra mile. The only thing that I can stay about Ferman BMW is the prices of such things as minor repairs. My front seat had a 2 inch scratch repaired and the cost was 83.00. I just would have fixed it for nothing for a good repeat customer. My husband and I dreamed about getting a BMW for a long time. We test drove several used BMWs before deciding on a 2008 550i with 44,000 miles. We worked directly with Mary who has been the top salesperson for several years. She was very patient with us and explained all of our options. We did get the price we wanted to pay, but really had to work hard with the Manager, Karl Alvarez, to get this price. He was difficult at times, and seemed to be offended that we would not pay asking price. In the end, we got the price with wanted for the car and the price we wanted for our trade in. After that Karl seemed to be irritated with us and just wanted us to sign the loan docs and leave. The seal on the back window was pealing off and we only noticed it after the deal was done, but we were still in the lot. We were assured by Mary that it would be fixed. Also, one of the keys provided to us did not work and it appears the bottom front bumper had pulled away from the car. Hopefully, all of these problems will to be corrected this week. Once again, if you go to Ferman work with Mary. She was absolutely great to deal with and she was very patient. But, be ready to do battle with the manager on any price. More
My wife and i got a 128i with 8,000 miles on it. 2 months later they are telling me i needed new tires, we had asked about tires when we got the vehical and were assured they were fine. Customer service from manager wasn't even apologited about it. I will happily pay for new tires however the customer service has no class or respect. I recommend purchasing from respectful people. i called for an appointment at 3:15 p.m, brought the car to the dealer and let them check my engine oil for a leak and the car have some boiling noise sound, they said they gonna diagnose the car, we waited to the dealer and let them check my engine oil for a leak and the car have some boiling noise sound, they said they gonna diagnose the car, we waited for 2 days to get the answered, when i explain to them the problem they still said its no problem, they make me come back to the dealer and drove the car with the technician, they call me next day told me the oil engine was full that cause the problem, when i check my screen it said low oil, i did not put any oil when i bought it in, when i ask them to talk to the service director, Dan Sheehan he came out with attitude, he should not treat customer like that, im not happy at all. After conducting extensive online research I scheduled my VIP appointment at Ferman BMW. I was greeted in a very timely and professional manner by the reception staff who quickly summoned my client advisor, VIP appointment at Ferman BMW. I was greeted in a very timely and professional manner by the reception staff who quickly summoned my client advisor, Jim Krout. We spent about 4 hours test driving 3 different vehicles and going over the nuances and individual characteristics of each. I never felt pressured into a decision or hurried even though, by the end of it all, we were well past closing time. In the end I purchased the car I wanted a a very reasonable price. Three people stayed after hours to make this happen and, again, never made me feel like I was being a nuisance or an inconvenience. Jim, Alan Mazur and Robert Merchant were all incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making the sale under my terms. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car was beautifully detailed and ready for me to pick up the next afternoon. At that time Jim spent an additional hour with me inside the vehicle making sure all my questions had been answered and all the vehicles features had been explained. He helped set up my seat position, phone and BMW Assist. Thanks Jim, Alan, and Robert! More
This is the second visit within the past month for two different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Since I have an extended warranty (2006 325IC model with only 42K miles so the ori different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Since I have an extended warranty (2006 325IC model with only 42K miles so the original warranty had expired) and it took Joe Cleaver some time and effort, including an inspection by the warranty company, to approve the work. Through Joe's hard work and effort the evaporator was replaced. Ferman and Joe provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. The second service was performed on 4/26/12 replacing the motor for the windshield washer motor. This work was done in a very fast and efficient manner while I looked at the 2012 models and given an overview by a member of the Olympic Team Member. If there was a higher rating than "Great", I would give it to Joe Cleaver and Ferman BMW. More

The following evening I decided to purchase, and even though Jim was scheduled to leave at 4 that afternoon he stayed with me throughout the entire sales process. He then walked me through some of the bells and whistles of the vehicle until roughly 10PM! I would recommend Jim and the entire staff at Ferman BMW to anyone interested in making a purchase. More
