Although I live in Sarasota, which has a BMW dealer within 10 minutes from my home, I choose to drive over an hour to work with Mary. She is always the consummate professional, I would never consider doing business with anyone but her. I have owned several businesses over the years and would consider myself lucky to have someone working with me like her. I have observed her working with other customers, exhibiting the same level of service to all, and am sure that they feel as I do about Mary. More
All I can say is run as fast as you can away from this dealer. The service and competency of this dealer is beyond atrocious. While I did not have the best experience with my salesman over at Reeves BMW w dealer. The service and competency of this dealer is beyond atrocious. While I did not have the best experience with my salesman over at Reeves BMW where I purchased my prior BMW, they at least have their stuff together and I was in and out in less than an hour (including test drive and visual inspection). First and foremost, the salesman, Steve, claimed to be an "expert" on the particular vehicle I went to look at as he currently owns the same model. He was anything but an expert about it even giving me wrong information about basics like how much horsepower the car had. I specifically asked if the car had any dents or dings and if both key fob keys were included with the vehicle, to which I was told the salesman had personally inspected the vehicle and found no dents or dings and that the car had both keys with it. Since I was inspecting the vehicle in the rain, I took him at his word about it (shame on me). Then came time to interact with the financing department. I had already been pre-approved for a loan well in excess of what I was going to finance and had my lender, Bank of America, send them over what they needed. I was told that they were a preferred lender for BoA by both the dealer and BoA so the transaction should have gone flawlessly. It went anything but. I showed up to pick up my vehicle a few days later expecting the paperwork and everything to be in order so I could just sign and drive. Instead, I sat around for almost an hour while they tried to figure out how to process a loan through BoA. During this time I had my insurance company fax over the insurance on the vehicle, only to be harassed by their manager about the paper that had been faxed over and how it did not list me as an insured on the policy. Except that in the notes section on the bottom of the one page document my insurance company faxed over it stated that almost verbatim. He just did not bother to read anything on the page. After getting the paperwork signed and everything in order, I was handed one key fob key and one cheap plastic garbage key. Clearly I had asked before purchasing the vehicle if it had two key fob keys with it and I was assured it did. After some back and forth the dealer agreed to put in an order for the second key fob key at their cost, but a month later I still do not have that key. At this point, because the dealer had wasted so much of my time, it was nearing closer and closer to rush hour and I had a 2 1/2 hour drive home so I wanted to get out to avoid as much traffic as I could. At that point I was consistently talked down to by my salesman, Steve, who wanted to "show me how to work the vehicle". Not only is this not my first BMW, but I had also told him that I was fine and did not need any explanation and that I wanted to get on the road to avoid rush hour. Instead, he took the one key to the vehicle and followed me out to the car trying to do exactly the opposite of what I expressed I wanted to do. Now the real entertainment starts as the finance department of the preferred lender for BoA never had me sign the loan agreement. I figured they knew what they were doing and that BoA would mail me the agreement. A few days later I was contacted by the finance department that they needed my signature on the loan documentation. I said no problem, send it down and I will have it taken care of. When I received the loan documentation, they had INCREASED THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE ORIGINAL WRITTEN SALES AGREEMENT WE SIGNED DAYS BEFORE. This fraudulent action obviously caused me to call them immediately and explain that we had a binding deal at an agreed upon price. After numerous exchanges back and forth, I was able to get them to bring the price back down to our original agreement and send me new documentation. Never in my life have experienced such a shady and unethical business practice. When I got the vehicle home and began my thorough detail I noted that the car had two spots where rust was forming under the paint, numerous dents and dings on the body panels, and that the car had an intermittent starting problem. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and would warn anyone to stay as far away from this dealer as possible. As I stated earlier on, take your business to Reeves BMW. You will be much more satisfied with the car you purchase and with the overall experience. More
After having some bad experiences with other dealerships, I was so happy that I found Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, Fl , from the beginning I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was a little apprehensive I was so happy that I found Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, Fl , from the beginning I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was a little apprehensive buying a car by myself but my advisor John Grima was wonderful . He was up front and honest and I truly believe he had my interests in mind. I am so happy with my BMW (my first one!) Also the business manager Eric Lane was great as well. No pushy salesmen here. Our plan to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes Convertible, that had been traded in to Ferman BMW was dead!!! Steve's professionalism, integrity, honesty and follow through made all the difference! He resurrected the deal and we purchased the car. Steve had the car detailed to where it looked like new. He followed through with our independent mechanic to insure that all issues with the car had been fixed. Steve's attention to details and desire for customer satisfaction are amazing! We would definitely utilize Steve for any auto purchases in the future. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned car from Ferman BMW! More

OMG, could they have hired a worst manager that Brian? Who even thought to offer him a position, especially as a manager to the service department? This individual is technically incompetent as he did not know the answer to my questions concerning the problem with the vehicle of course he lacks customer skills. He was talking to me in an arrogant and inflexible manner and he seemed annoyed that I had to complain abut my vehicle. What this dealership needs to realize is that WE PAY for our cars and we demand to receive the quality of the vehicles as well as the quality of the tech service. I was looking for a 2013 BMW 528i to lease. I was having my 2008 535i serviced and stopped in to get some information on leasing a new 528i. Alan, the sales manager came out to greet me and said he would ge my 2008 535i serviced and stopped in to get some information on leasing a new 528i. Alan, the sales manager came out to greet me and said he would get a sales person to help me right away. Mary Keller came over to introduce herself and took me to her office to get some general information on what I was looking for. I told her I was planning to buy/lease a new vehicle in the next 30 days. I described the model, color, and features I was looking for in the 528. She had a car on the lot that met all of my requirements. She is a very good listener - I didn't have to repeat myself and she respected my time constraints. She took the time to explain all of the new features of the new 528 even though I was driving a 2008 535. I was surprised at how many new/different features there were. She then had me test drive the car. After the test drive she asked if I was considering the car today and that she would talk to Alan and work up the deal. I told her I had to get back to work (I had brought my car in for service and didn't have any more time to spend at the dealership). I told her where I wanted my lease payment to be and provided the payoff for my 2008 which I wanted to trade-in. She said she would work aggressively on the deal and get back to me shortly. Over the next couple of hours I received a phone call and a series of text messages from her as we negotiated the deal. We agreed on the numbers and my wife and I went to the dealership to sign the paperwork. The good experience continued at the dealership. Mary took the time to show my wife all of the 528i's features she had shown me earlier. She helped both of us sync our phones, set our seat and mirror preferences, download our music while getting comfortable with our new car. My wife and I went into Rob's office to sign the lease paperwork. He was pleasant, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were in and out of his office quickly. I have bought many many cars over the years. My experience at Ferman, specifically with Mary (along with Rob and Alan's assistance) was the best car buying experience I ever had. Our sales person, Brian Gains, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was responsive to any calls or texts we sent him with questions but he was never overbearing. We almost felt harassed by some other dealerships, but Brian was respectful and professional at all times. After a thorough search, I returned to Ferman BMW and bought a car because no one else could even come close to their deal. I am thrilled with the car and the car buying experience! More
