Amanda Oeteker was our sales rep. and she was absolutely delightful to work with and is very good at her job. Kenny the BMW Genius was also very helpful in walking me through my new BMW and is extremely knowledgeable. I visited most of the local BMW, Audi, and Lexus dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area but Ferman's was the best and helped me to make my decision to get a BMW!!! We will be back when my boyfriend is ready to switch to a new BMW. More

Hate Car Shopping- Love This Place Let me begin this review with I really go out of my way to avoid car shopping. In fact, I haven't bought a car in 10 years. My little Toyota Corolla from my freshman year in college has served me well all the way through graduate school. But the time came to retire the little car that could. So I went out into the Wild West and visited numerous car dealerships in search of an all wheel drive SUV. My stop at Ferman BMW was excellent solely because of Mr. Kenny Russell. Not only did I give him my speech on hating car shopping which I am sure made him feel right at home ?? I followed it up with he fact that I needed the least mom like SUV possible as it is just me and my 18 month old Fur Child moving to Seattle and we are very sporty. ?? Kenny listened to my concerns and presented me with the SUVs that fit my specifications. He was patient, knowledgeable, and at no point made me feel like I was asking too many questions - which let me tell you I had many ?? And just to follow up on knowledgeable, the level of knowledge and understanding that he has regarding the vehicles, their design, engineering, and technology is off the charts. He is a walking font of information that I am certain even the most discerning BMW enthusiast couldn't stump. But more than all of those things he really paid attention to how I drove and interacted with the vehicles making me feel even more comfortable with my choices. There was no pressure to hurry and pick a car to buy so he can move on to the next customer. It was easily the best dealership experience ever. Thank you Kenny for setting the bar on car buying. He definitely needs a promotion and a raise asap. He is a tremendous asset to Ferman BMW! ?????? More

Marcos Villas (client advisor) and Kenny Russell (BMW Genius) were amazing!! Marcos was really great to work with and had great knowledge on the cars. He is very welcoming and made the shopping experience easy. One thing I really liked was he was very patient with me due to my indecisiveness on what I wanted in a car, but he took it like a trooper! Best sales person to work with and I recommend anyone to him if you are interested in buying new or used cars so ask for him!! Also, can't forget about the BMW Genius guy, Kenny Russell. He is the man to go to or I should say your best friend when you have no clue how to work the specs on your BMW. There is a reason why he is called a BMW Genius because he knows it ALL. I'm very tech savvy and can easily figure out what each spec does, but I definitely had trouble figuring out how to use my car. I prepared a list of questions for Kenny and he was able to answer all of them (well I did get him on one thing he didn't know about lol), but the tutorial he gives on your car are great and fun to learn. He showed me things I didn't even know about that I could do and I'm grateful for that. Overall for a first time buyer, I must saying it was a great experience! The staff are amazing and they make you feel welcome. More
