Gary MAck is the best I recently purchased my 4th BMW from Ferman, a 2016 Carbon Black X4 with Saddle interior. I had taken my 2014 X1 in for servicing and saw this vehicl I recently purchased my 4th BMW from Ferman, a 2016 Carbon Black X4 with Saddle interior. I had taken my 2014 X1 in for servicing and saw this vehicle on the showroom floor. My Lease was ending soon so I spoke with Gary and had the deal done in about 2 hours. The Sales team, Finance and Management all go out of their way to make you feel special. Gary spent quite a bit of time with me going over the workings of the new vehicle and has followed up several times since I purchased the car.
