I ordered my car and he communicated every change in status, delivery status, pictures of them taking the car off the truck, etc. He was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend the dealership and Gary in particular. These guys know their stuff and it was a delightful experience from beginning to end. More

Excellent Service I drive a 2015 BMW X1 and love it! My iPhone wasn't syncing with the Bluetooth in answering or making phone calls. I stopped by Ferman BMW in Palm I drive a 2015 BMW X1 and love it! My iPhone wasn't syncing with the Bluetooth in answering or making phone calls. I stopped by Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor and was referred to BMW Genius Kenny Russell. Kenny was extremely proficient, professional and courteous. He worked on my issue diligently and discovered that my vehicle needed a computer update and my iPhone needed to be rebooted. While he was working with me, he saw that I am still currently using my portable garage door opener. He programmed the opener in my vehicle and gave me precise and easy to understand instructions on what to expect when I got home to complete the programming process. It worked like a charm! I would highly recommend Kenny for any technical assistance with your BMW vehicle. I will definitely keep his business card for future reference and referrals. More
