At that point I was introduced to Kenneth Russell. I was at first disappointed that I could not meet with the Sales Manager, but after spending 5 minutes with Kenneth, I was glad that things worked out this way. Kenneth Russell is one of the brightest, knowledgeable BMW sales specialist I have ever met! Kenneth made my one hour trip to the dealership most worthwhile! I cannot say enough about my favorable experience! More

After all, salesman have a certain reputation for a reason. That is until I met John Grima. He is first and foremost a fantastic human being. Which sets him apart from the other bloodsucking salesman I have encountered in the past. He went above and beyond in insuring my car buying experience was fantastic. I live in NY and was purchasing a car to use in Florida so this was an issue. Having never met John we spent many weeks going back and forth on the phone. When I finally took delivery of my vehicle in Florida everything went smoothly. The car I ordered was flawless and perfect in every way.
