Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I had to drop my car off for maintenence in the morning. I found out that I couldn't get there at 8 am when they opened and wanted to drop the car off the ni drop my car off for maintenence in the morning. I found out that I couldn't get there at 8 am when they opened and wanted to drop the car off the night before and pick up the loaner then. <br><br>Service dept was less than enthusiastic about helping me... now I have to reschedule... piss poor customer service.
