After he did that he invited me to the lounge while he got my vehicle washed and vacuumed as a courtesy and it came out great. When I need my next service done I will be sure to bring it to ferman bmw, they treated me well here. More

He offered to show me how to do things with my car that I don't know how to use..I will be back next week for that! It almost had me NOT notice that they did not fix one of the items that I brought my 650i in for. They have amazing customer service and treat their customers with the utmost respect but they will have to improve greatly on actually honoring the time and requests of their customer. They tend to offer more excuses than repairs and that is a waste of my time and influences my next purchase of a luxury car hugely. I hope the service manager gets on top of this as this dealership has a lot to offer. More
