Words can't describe how great my experience was when shopping for a car at Ferman BMW. I bought a white 2016 228i w/ M sports package and love it!!! This was my first time buying and getting a BMW. Marcos Villas (client advisor) and Kenny Russell (BMW Genius) were amazing!! Marcos was really great to work with and had great knowledge on the cars. He is very welcoming and made the shopping experience easy. One thing I really liked was he was very patient with me due to my indecisiveness on what I wanted in a car, but he took it like a trooper! Best sales person to work with and I recommend anyone to him if you are interested in buying new or used cars so ask for him!! Also, can't forget about the BMW Genius guy, Kenny Russell. He is the man to go to or I should say your best friend when you have no clue how to work the specs on your BMW. There is a reason why he is called a BMW Genius because he knows it ALL. I'm very tech savvy and can easily figure out what each spec does, but I definitely had trouble figuring out how to use my car. I prepared a list of questions for Kenny and he was able to answer all of them (well I did get him on one thing he didn't know about lol), but the tutorial he gives on your car are great and fun to learn. He showed me things I didn't even know about that I could do and I'm grateful for that. Overall for a first time buyer, I must saying it was a great experience! The staff are amazing and they make you feel welcome. More

Great Experience Like most people I love cars but not the experience of dealer interactions. I just purchased a M235i and love the car. I told the sales person Brian Gains that I would prefer to go home and figure this car out on my own. I'm usually pretty tech savvy. Not this time- I needed help. The help I needed was a great excuse to drive my car back to the dealership the following day. Ken Russel assisted in answering all of my questions about the many electronic features . He was very knowledgable and patient. I am confident that Brian would have taken care of me during delivery because he was very kind and nice to deal with during the purchase. My advice is let the salesman help you when offered. If not- you will find yourself back at the dealer. If you are fortunate enough to have Kenny's assistance you will still be okay! More
