worse service department very bad experience made me loose faith in BMW as a brand. took the car the first time for oil change and I ended paying around $1600 for other repair very bad experience made me loose faith in BMW as a brand. took the car the first time for oil change and I ended paying around $1600 for other repairs they suggested, less than a month later check engine light came on took it back and paid $600 to get it fixed they said they have to replace a battery cable .drove off the dealership and the radio not working. Took back so they can fix it said the amplifier is fried and they are not taking responsibility!!! it was working when I dropped off the car and you guys worked on its electricity and now its not working and not taking responsibility!!! they called a manager Dennis Daly to explain to me and he didnt even know where the amplifier was located in the car but he was sure that there are not taking responsibly... will contact corporate office to voice concern about the dealership and the way the do business. pay attention to what they suggest to repair and hopefully they wont break something while repairing something else! More

Ridiculous! i'm shopping to lease a 228i. Their internet person Lyndsay acted soooo nice in emails. I submitted my credit report information. I have excellent cre i'm shopping to lease a 228i. Their internet person Lyndsay acted soooo nice in emails. I submitted my credit report information. I have excellent credit, have been leasing cars for many years and never heard back from them. This after Lyndsay promised the finance manager would email or call me with a quote. No phone call. No email. No nothing. The very nice Lindsay seems to have disappeared-this after writing me 7 emails attempting to sweet talk me into leasing a BMW. I would advise prospective buyers of a BMW to steer clear of Ferman BMW. No manners at all! More

Great Dealership I bought a 2007 Jeep Commander from Ferman BMW-Mini in Palm Harbor. I am absolutely in love with my Jeep.
