Professional service from Sales and product genius I had a positive experience with the purchase of my pre-owned BMW. My Sales Advisor, Abe Nieves, was courteous, and had very good product knowledge. I had a positive experience with the purchase of my pre-owned BMW. My Sales Advisor, Abe Nieves, was courteous, and had very good product knowledge. His easy going attitude made buying the car and negotiating the deal less stressful. I will definitely deal with him again should I have the need. The vehicle which I purchased had very sophisticated electronics. My product genius, Kenneth Russell did a great job of explaining the workings of the vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He even offered to come to my home to set the garage door opener device for me. The only part of the buying experience which was less than positive was the interaction which I had with the business manager. He was pushy and had an arrogant attitude. He seemed disappointed that I was paying cash for the vehicle and proceeded to attempt to give me financial advice. In spite of the business manager experience, however, I would still recommend Ferman due to the superior service I received from Abe and Kenneth. More

GPS Problem Resolved! I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going bu I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going but my nav would show me alternate routes that were much longer and out of the way than what I had known. Joe Cleaver in service has always been so helpful during the entire process and kept my up to date with everything. Robert (client advisor) and Kenny (bmw Genius) adjusted settings and worked side by side with Kyle the technician to make sure my navigation system was fixed properly. These guys really know their stuff and although it was a lengthy process, I understand they had to go through the proper channels to remedy the situation, they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied.
