Great Dealership except for the “Internet Sales” side I’m rating this dealership five stars because once I arrived there and was introduced to my sales person, everything was great. One thing I will NEVE I’m rating this dealership five stars because once I arrived there and was introduced to my sales person, everything was great. One thing I will NEVER do again is inquire about a car via the internet at this dealership. Their internet sales person was very annoying and aggressive with the constant texting that, for a week, I tried to find the vehicle I wanted anywhere other than this dealership. I did have a deposit on a car at a dealership in Daytona, however I didn’t want a silver car, I wanted a white one, which Ferman had.....so I decided to make the 2 + hour drive to see the car. Of course, the internet sales person told me the car would be pulled out and ready for me and they would be expecting to see me (neither of which happened). I arrived at the dealership and was introduced to Brian Gaines, who was very friendly and helpful....I would definitely recommend him as a go to sales person. Even as I sat with Brian negotiating the car the internet person persisted with the texting....”Are you on the way? What time will you be at the dealership? Are you still coming to see the car?”.....OMG!! After I put a deposit on the car and went to eat dinner at a local restaurant the person was still texting so I finally responded that I’d been there, put a deposit on a car and I was now eating dinner. More texts....”What dealership did you go to...who did you put a deposit with? I don’t show any deposits on any cars”....WOW....this kind of aggressive texting had totally turned me off from coming here because it gave the impression of a high pressured, desperate to sell a car dealership. When I arrived at the dealership though, I found this not to be true. Other than their internet sales department (which could have cost them a sale), I had a great experience here from Brian Gaines the sales person to Scott in the business office who was very nice as well. I would highly recommend other than any inquiry online!! More
