She made the buying experience very pleasant and stress free. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in handling all of our questions and requests. We then met with Kenny Russell, he explained all of the digital workings of the car. We were nervous about learning the BMW computer but Kenny did a great job of getting us set up. The genius at ferman I was in town from St. Louis on business and had a 6 series with a soft top which is the same car I drive at home. It looked like it was about to start raining and I tried putting the top up. Somehow it got jammed or wasn't able to move. The rental place put me through to Ferman BMW, the closest dealership to Clearwater beach. Right away I was put through to Kenny Russell the resident Genius. He tried everything with me over the phone and was very patient. With no luck it didn't work. He offered to come to me and try to get it working for me. He arrived promptly and fix it in no time.. Some how the trunk was open but I didn't get any warning messages about it. After we laughed for a minute he then started showing me some features on the i didn't even know existed. What an asset and smart kid. Very professional and personable. Thanks Ken. More

It was the first time we had an opportunity to go over the details of the new technology and it was very helpful. That does not mean that I might have to return for a review, but I am greatly appreciative of Kenny's patience as well as his expertise. It was two hours well spent. Marcos Villas is awesome! I came in with my daughter a couple weeks ago to look for a new car with her and I had a great experience at Ferman's BMW. Marcos Villa was such a wonderful sales person, who helped my daughter find the perfect car at the right price. He provide many options for me and my daughter to look and test drive as well as providing the details and specs of each car. The signing papers at the end went smoothly with no complications and my daughter left with a white 228i. I'd definitely recommend him if anyone is looking for a car. Kenny the BMW Genius was also very helpful in walking me through my new BMW and is extremely knowledgeable. I visited most of the local BMW, Audi, and Lexus dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area but Ferman's was the best and helped me to make my decision to get a BMW!!! We will be back when my boyfriend is ready to switch to a new BMW. More
