We did get the price we wanted to pay, but really had to work hard with the Manager, Karl Alvarez, to get this price. He was difficult at times, and seemed to be offended that we would not pay asking price. In the end, we got the price with wanted for the car and the price we wanted for our trade in. After that Karl seemed to be irritated with us and just wanted us to sign the loan docs and leave. The seal on the back window was pealing off and we only noticed it after the deal was done, but we were still in the lot. We were assured by Mary that it would be fixed. Also, one of the keys provided to us did not work and it appears the bottom front bumper had pulled away from the car. Hopefully, all of these problems will to be corrected this week. Once again, if you go to Ferman work with Mary. She was absolutely great to deal with and she was very patient. But, be ready to do battle with the manager on any price. More

My wife and i got a 128i with 8,000 miles on it. 2 months later they are telling me i needed new tires, we had asked about tires when we got the vehical and were assured they were fine. Customer service from manager wasn't even apologited about it. I will happily pay for new tires however the customer service has no class or respect. I recommend purchasing from respectful people. i called for an appointment at 3:15 p.m, brought the car to the dealer and let them check my engine oil for a leak and the car have some boiling noise sound, they said they gonna diagnose the car, we waited to the dealer and let them check my engine oil for a leak and the car have some boiling noise sound, they said they gonna diagnose the car, we waited for 2 days to get the answered, when i explain to them the problem they still said its no problem, they make me come back to the dealer and drove the car with the technician, they call me next day told me the oil engine was full that cause the problem, when i check my screen it said low oil, i did not put any oil when i bought it in, when i ask them to talk to the service director, Dan Sheehan he came out with attitude, he should not treat customer like that, im not happy at all. We spent about 4 hours test driving 3 different vehicles and going over the nuances and individual characteristics of each. I never felt pressured into a decision or hurried even though, by the end of it all, we were well past closing time. In the end I purchased the car I wanted a a very reasonable price. Three people stayed after hours to make this happen and, again, never made me feel like I was being a nuisance or an inconvenience. Jim, Alan Mazur and Robert Merchant were all incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making the sale under my terms. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car was beautifully detailed and ready for me to pick up the next afternoon. At that time Jim spent an additional hour with me inside the vehicle making sure all my questions had been answered and all the vehicles features had been explained. This is the second visit within the past month for two different problems. The first was to replace the A/C evaporator. Through Joe's hard work and effort the evaporator was replaced. Ferman and Joe provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. The second service was performed on 4/26/12 replacing the motor for the windshield washer motor. This work was done in a very fast and efficient manner while I looked at the 2012 models and given an overview by a member of the Olympic Team Member. If there was a higher rating than "Great", I would give it to Joe Cleaver and Ferman BMW. More

From the moment I begin walking through the dealership Jim welcomed me with a smile. Being a bit younger than most BMW owners I was not sure how much time and attention I would receive. I was stop on last Friday April 6 2012 to check used BMW.Find one i have interest ,2004 X 3.I have some one from the dealer/John/ to show me the car/SUV/I was ask him it is any thing wrong with,hi ans BMW.Find one i have interest ,2004 X 3.I have some one from the dealer/John/ to show me the car/SUV/I was ask him it is any thing wrong with,hi answer,every thing is in perfect condition.I have make decision to purchase this used BMW.Finally i have sign all paperwork on Saturday,i take my new vehicle and i go home.I live 7 miles from the dealer shop.When i get home,before i turn of the key ,i am notify ,on my dashboard go on light SERVICE ENGINE SOON.i am not respecting to have put this vehicle for service after i drown 10 miles.I thing some one did not tell me everything about this vehicle,i was stop on Tuesday by the dealer ship,and one of the manager tell me it is the problem with the fuel plug cover.Hi was ti down it,i drown this vehicle for other 50 miles but service light is still on.I thing,i do not like do the business with the people from that dealership.I liked to return this vehicle!!!! Many customers came back in while I was in the showroom complaining about getting ripped off on price, in just a few hours. If you have shopped around at the other dealerships in Tampa you will know there is a huge difference. Reputation seems to not be a concern. If you want to feel like you bought a car from a USED car dealership, this is the place, they will leave you with a dirty feeling when you are done. My advise, Shop around first, Its worth the 30 minutes to find a dealership that wont rip you off. More
