My salesman, Mr. Steve Vendon, made me feel that I was making a new friend rather than a meeting a salesperson. I feel he was more excited about me purchasing a BMW than I was. I will always remember how he made me feel about purchasing my first BMW. Through his excitement and explaining to me his owning a BMW for years, I felt I was joining a new exceptional group, a family, of BMW owners. He impressed me with his attitude. The test drive was impressive. The test drive took place in the pouring rain. The best time to take a test drive. Steve showed-off the superior engineering of the vehicle. I was extremely impressed. I was sold there alone on that itself. I knew he was extremely busy with me and two other customers. I did not mind waiting on him as he did the best he could do under the circumstances. He apologized many times for not giving his full attention. I understand have been in the customer service for several decades. His supervisors had been whispering in his ear that they were concerned about me waiting on him to take care of the other customers. I had no problem with that. Steve also stuck around to the end of the business day to explain to me the initial details of setting-up the features of my new BMW. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable to contact him any time after I left with any questions that should arise as time brings. Steve used common sense from his experience on knowing what additional features I would want in a new vehicle, such as, the protection on the outside of the vehicle as well as protection on the inside. The whole overall experience was very impressive, from the showroom floor, test drive, financial service, all the way to drive my new BMW home. More

Steve did a great job for us, he made what is usually a time consuming burden into a quick and enjoyable experience. I already had an incredible car (2012 650i convertible) but Steve made it possible for u time consuming burden into a quick and enjoyable experience.
